Fantastic room! I arrived a bit early and my booked room is not available until 1500. I got a free upgrade from Ms.Anh. The location is great, just few minutes to the walking street. Best yet, the room is modern and spotless. The cleanest room I stayed in Vietnam so far.

Great hotel! Room was spotless and staff were incredibly helpful including allowing early check in and bag storage on our departure day, as well as booking transfers for us.
Staff spoke no/limited English but got by fine with google translate.

Other than the location, my stay at this hotel was disappointing.
There was a bug inside the wardrobe, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
When it came to motorbike rental, the staff seemed more focused on charging tourists extra rather than offering a fair service.
When I tried to express my concerns to the woman at the reception, she didn’t even bother to listen, which I found quite disrespectful and unprofessional.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the staff’s attitude, level of service, or general hospitality.
Despite the good location, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Central location, the vip room is clean and comfortable and the staff was really kind. They offered us to rent bikes for free and they also stored our luggage for another few ours after check-out. All in all nice stay for a fair good price :)

We stayed 3 nights at the Diamond Hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the rooms were a good size. The hotel is located in a good area with restaurants nearby. The staff there were very helpful and even let us check in very early. The only difficulty was communication via Google translate but this all went well. On several occasions they provided typed notes in Vietnamese and English to let us know about the hotel rules, a local festival and a local delicacy. They are lovely people.

Owners were very nice and accommodating. We let them know we would have a late flight and checked in around midnight. They were also happy to hold our luggage a little bit after checkout as well. Room was very clean and nice. Very nice central walkable location.

What the worst hotel I’ve stayed. My friend has booked for me the room, but when I came, the receptionist said the didnt see my name and asked me to talked to my friend instead of checking again. After 30mins working and annoying my friend at 10pm, they’re sorry for the mistake, their behavior is too bad, not try to help me out, 1 star is worth
