A very nice hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast menu. Was a bit out of town but this meant it was quieter but easy and cheap to get a Grab. Overall stay was very good.

The food at the hotel's Sunshine Western Restaurant is exceptionally good, with clean and delicious ingredients. The view from the restaurant is also beautiful.

The room is big, the price is cheap, the breakfast is rich, I will come again next time.

The hotel seats are not very good and there are few convenience stores nearby. There are many foreign tourists, almost all of them European and American tourists, and then Korean tourists. The hotel swimming pool cannot be used due to winter maintenance. The TV couldn't be watched the next day. Even if I asked the housekeeping staff to deal with it, it still wouldn't work. In Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, the city is too small and the supporting services are few, so it is difficult for foreigners who do not speak Vietnamese to travel.

Great location! The air vents smell of cigarettes. You can also smell it in the hallway. The breakfast wasn't very good; I ordered scrambled eggs, but they were half-raw :( Checkout is at 12:00, and at 11:45, reception started calling insistently reminding me that checkout is coming soon. It's quite distracting and annoying, especially when you're packing up.

I checked in around 4:30 pm on a Sunday for a 2 night stay. The room was very attractive and noticeably larger than a comparable hotel I stayed at in Hanoi. This is our third visit to Vietnam but first time to Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. We absolutely loved our stay at Tam Coc Garden Resort. From the moment I booked the accommodation someone was in contact with me to confirm the booking. About 3 days before our stay I received a message on WhatsApp from Chi (in reception) to confirm our booking and ask if we needed anything. And once we arrived, it was pure bliss...

The setting is amazing and very private. White lotus vibes. The view of the mountains is superb. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Chi who helped me organise sensational proposal for my now Fiancée. The private drinks and dinner on the yoga pavilion was superb and the photos he took were great. Food and drinks has also been delightful. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone.

It's in a bit of an odd location, a long way from the city center, and you'll have to take a taxi. The breakfast is decent, with limited choices and a dull room. The staff isn't very helpful. If you're looking for something in the Ninh Binh area, I think there are better options.

The waiters at the hotel entrance were very friendly and polite. When we mentioned we needed something, like toilet paper, they were happy to help. The breakfast was quite delicious.

An OK hotel, not everywhere clean, however. (Eddies of dust on bedside table, for instance.) Unfortunately, there is NO AC that could also be used as a kind of heating method. It was very cold at the hotel. Breakfast was OK, Asian and a small choice of international dishes were offered.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam despite also being the most affordable. The hotel itself is lovely and well-situated in a quiet but convenient spot in Ninh Binh town. The staff are incredibly kind and generous: the concierge took time out of his day to drive me somewhere quiet for a scooter-riding lesson and handled getting me on a sleeper train to Da Nang. Cannot recommend Thuy Anh highly enough

I traveled alone and found this hotel to be absolutely perfect! The large bed was super comfortable for sleeping, the breakfast was delicious, and its location near the Tam Coc boat station made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were enthusiastic and took great care of me! Highly recommend for anyone traveling solo.

We stayed here for two nights. We really liked everything, it was more than worth the money.

The owner is genuinely very kind and welcoming, and can communicate well in Mandarin, which made everything so much easier. A hotel that truly cares about guests’ comfort is really hard to find these days, and this place is absolutely one of them. The room is very clean, neat, spacious, and smells fresh. A Great Option in Ninh Binh The Vancouver is a good option for people staying in Ninh Binh. It's reasonably close to all the tourist attractions and has a large selection of nearby food options. The family who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and safe.

Convenient location on 20min walking distance from train station. Minh and his wife were very supportive in coordinating all activities and did go out of their way to extend excellent service .

The room's decor and fixtures are quite old-fashioned, though a bit dated. The room itself is clean and spacious, with a large bathroom. The soundproofing is average; even on the 8th or 9th floor, you can still hear the cars driving downstairs. Overall, it's okay.
