Service that rates 5 stars whether from staff such as Chi Titan, a superior management staff member, or the excellent chef and service personnel in the wonderful restaurant. Look no further! This is one of the loveliest hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms, grounds, restaurant and spa are incredibly wonderful. Upon arrival, you are welcomed with a delicious ginger tea in the reception are that is charming itself. The casitas are a beautiful design of rustic elegance. Sitting on the patio overlooking the rice paddy and the karsts was so peaceful. The garden is filled with beautiful flowers. The food at the restaraunt is varied, very delicious and beautifully presented. The spa is lovely and we enjoyed a treatment every day! They have bikes you can take for free and tool around the AMAZING environs. There’s a lot to see around here- the landscape is STUNNING. The service is impeccable without being stuffy. We felt like the staff was always looking out for us to ensure we had everything we needed! We got to take a complimentary cooking class to make a special new year’s dish. All the staff was so polite and kind. Mr Chi was especially amazing! From the minute I contacted him for reservations, he was diligent, responsive and worked hard to find dates and a suitable room. I then had to change plans and he was so gracious about it and worked even harder to find the perfect room and dates for us! When we got there, we were greeted with a huge hug, like seeing a long lost friend. During our stay, he made sure we had everything we needed and more! When it was time to leave, he came to the hotel on his own time to say goodbye and give us banana cake for our journey. I truly have never seen service like his. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Like I said, look no further!!!

Spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Onsen suite which came with a 60’min massage every day! Heaven! We enjoyed the cooking class as well. The room was beautifully appointed, and had a lovely view. Each night, the hotel set up a giant mosquito net around the bed, which was comfortable. Bring bug spray!

A lovely boutique bungalow hotel nestled in a Shangri La style environment. Delicious buffet and a la carte breakfast with fresh traditional Vietnamese dishes (and Western style options if you prefer). After a day of sight seeing, their huge variety of delicious gourmet dishes with local prices was incredible! Very clean large outdoor pool. Spa services & complimentary bikes are a plus! Tremendous, warm hospitality. To top it all off, they provide nightly mosquito net canopies over your bed! Highly recommend for an authentic, relaxing experience in a stunningly beautiful lush tropical setting. Very convenient location for bike riding to the caves, bird sanctuary, boats and the town. Will be back for sure!

This is our third visit to Vietnam but first time to Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. We absolutely loved our stay at Tam Coc Garden Resort. From the moment I booked the accommodation someone was in contact with me to confirm the booking. About 3 days before our stay I received a message on WhatsApp from Chi (in reception) to confirm our booking and ask if we needed anything. And once we arrived, it was pure bliss. The staff, food, accommodation, location were all perfect. Chi especially helped to make our stay special and magical. Would not hesitate to recommend this and hopefully we will be back!

The setting is amazing and very private. White lotus vibes. The view of the mountains is superb. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Chi who helped me organise sensational proposal for my now Fiancée. The private drinks and dinner on the yoga pavilion was superb and the photos he took were great. Food and drinks has also been delightful. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone.

From the moment we began planning our trip to the day we reluctantly checked out, Tam Coc Garden Resort exceeded every expectation. The staff’s kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made this an experience we will treasure forever. We have stayed in some of the finest properties and locales in the world, and this has been the best experience we have ever had in terms of service. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and a cheerful hello as we passed, making us feel truly welcome and valued. A special thanks to Chi, whose help began long before we even arrived. He responded quickly to every question, anticipated our needs, and offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our entire stay. His support—from pre-arrival arrangements to our departure—was nothing short of exceptional. The resort’s rustic cabins are charming to look at yet outfitted with all the modern amenities you could want. They were also kept spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the resort. The massages were deeply relaxing, the afternoon canapés a delightful treat, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and delicious. One of the true highlights was the trip Chi arranged with Thuy. It was a joy from start to finish, and we learned so much about Vietnam’s rich history, vibrant culture, and the beauty of its landscapes and people. Every detail in the hotel's design offers unexpected surprises. The rooms are small but spacious, their simplicity imbued with a rustic charm. Breakfast is hearty, with Vietnamese beef noodles served daily. Dinner is also delicious, especially the Vietnamese pork chop, which is unforgettable. There's free yoga every morning, and bicycles are available for borrowing at any time. The bathtub is made of Japanese ceramic and is the best I've ever used. Highly recommended!

Staying at Tam Coc Garden was a true delight. The service and Vietnamese kindness were amazing. We travelled with our two boys (8 and 10), and they loved it as well. Throughout our stay, we only ate here! Although there are many good eateries about 20 minutes away by car, we found the food exceptional. TIP: Order the grilled pork rib chops when you’re here. Even if you are not staying here, come and have dinner. Just amazing. The staff deserves more than just this review. We have travelled many times with the kids and stayed at special resorts, but the genuine kindness from all the staff is heartwarming. We were told that working here feels like home, and their colleagues treat each other like family. That’s the vibe you get as a guest in return. The overall experience is difficult to describe with pen and paper! Come and experience the Tam Coc Garden yourself. No matter the occasion—honeymoon, family vacation, or as a couple—you will be treated like royalty. PS: Take the workshops which are frequently scheduled.

So many people make this area of Vietnam a day trip from Hanoi, but our group of 8 people were so glad to have spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The Tam Coc Garden was an absolutely perfect place for us to stop, enjoy the slower pace of a rural area in Vietnam and take in the stunning natural surroundings. The easy access by bike to the Bich Dong pagoda and the Bird Sanctuary, as well as quick transportation to the Trang An Grotto kept us the perfect amount of active and busy while also leaving plenty of time to enjoy some relaxation at the pool. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the spectacular scenery was one of the highlights of our stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent and varied, and the the hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.
