The phone in room to call the reception is just for decoration , and electricity was cut off twice

it was a nice stay in a great hotel. The restaurant is too expensive and does not have great quality but overall a nice experience.

Sick and request to cancel…but no hope…

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is quite far out of the town so a taxi is needed to get to any restaurants or shops. The pool was great, clean and a great view. We tried to book a trip to the Tam Coc caves but the staff on reception could only provide a 7 seat car which wasn’t suitable for 2 people and was very expensive. A nice hotel, just a shame about the location and tours available from the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable enough for 1 night. It’s a little far to walk to all the attractions within the city, but close enough for a taxi or grab ride. Staff were friendly.

Comfortable Stay, Courteous Staff, Good Hygiene!

Cost of 500 ml water bottle was very high - hotels should not charge such high price of drinking water!
