I cannot comment on the hotel as I went in for a manicure and pedicure at Happy Foot (different to the spa a few doors down called Happt Feet). They were listed as 50k each with regular colour polish. However, when it came time to choose a colour, I was only given gel options and told it would be 200k for each. I asked for non-gel polish, but the staff acted confused and didn’t offer any alternative, even though the service menu clearly stated 50k. It felt intentionally misleading.

The manicure itself wasn’t great—my nails were left with sharp edges and the polish was patchy, and the technician was on her phone frequently throughout the appointment, which made the service feel even less professional.

My biggest concern, though, was the hygiene. The nail clippers used on my feet were taken by another staff member, used on her own toes, then handed back to my technician and used on my hands without being cleaned. This was extremely unsanitary and honestly quite shocking.

To finish, they pressured me to leave a tip.

My partner had a foot massage and actually enjoyed it, but based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend the manicure or pedicure services.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unsanitary, and intentionally deceptive.

My experience with my nails was terrible. They removed my previous gel and I had to stop them during the treatment. Rather than soaking it off they peeled it which you're never supposed to do. It ripped off the top few layers of my nails. Also, everything was unsanitary and not cleaned. Avoid
