The Hotel's location is superb, offering a range of excellent amenities. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa experience - a must-try for all guests. The indoor pool is filled with warm water, and the hotel boasts two private beaches. Additionally, there is a kids' play area with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained.

Located right by the pier but slightly uphill, which is not an issue. This place is quiet and has a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms and services are great and I will definitely recommend. The general manager, Mr. Luo, is actually Taiwanese and super friendly/passionate. He helped point out all the pints of interest, and even helped us order local seafood restaurant!

We stayed 2 nights in Sep 2022. The hotel is nice but a bit old and facility are also a little outdated. The gym was dirty and not welcoming, couldn’t do our daily workout. Old traditional 4 star resort. Only unpleasant observation is, hotel staffs are very cold in welcoming guests and sometimes not very polite.

The views were incredible - the pictures don’t do it justice. Heated pool upstairs was lovely, first heated pool we’ve had in Vietnam! The hotel and the beach are beautiful.

So I spend like 3 nights there and it was very nice the only thing bothering me were litte bugs, like 2 or 3 a day, climbing up and down the wall in the bathroom. But whatever the staff is really nice and the atmosphere was really chilly so I recommend it to everyone not bothering about that and searching for a chilled cheap hotel.

The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need.

Cat ba island hotel is conveniently located in town. Have e to say breakfast was ok although not much choice. The cupboard in the room is falling apart. And the tv programmes are all blurred. Paint in the toilet are peeling.

We were very satisfied with the service here. The receptionists were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, making us feel welcomed. I'm surprised when booking and visiting this hotel: very budgetary pricing with breakfast, car parking. The pricing is much more competitive than other similar hotels in Cat Ba. The hotel itself is on the main street. Location wise is superb. But the room is not clean especially the window ledge. I believe they have never clean it for years. The room has no chair to sit. So i have to sit on my bed. Room also has no kettle for boiling water. The television has no channel. My room is 705 on the 7th floor. On the first day the elevator was not working

The owner/manager gave us great service. He went out of his way to help us book excursions and gave us information on what to do in Cat Ba. And he gave us a fair price on our rooms. Rooms were clean and adequate for the price. Excellent location. Delicious restaurants all around.

Amazing, clean and beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. They were attentive to our every need and went above and beyond. The restaurant food was delicious and had a wide variety. They booked us a boat tour and transportation, and had motorbike rentals for 24 hours for less than $6. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel looks even better than the photos and is so beautifully decorated! Waking up the sounds of the waves splashing up against the sand was a dream. Just for foreign visitors, no sea view, over 1km to the Center of Cat Ba town.

The hotel seems to be new, the room was clean with AC, fan and fridge. Unfortunately it's about 2km to downtown Cat ba, so it's necessary to have a motorcycle. Beach is quite near, about 1km. There are some false information on booking website- no beach view, NO BREAKFAST, the room- suite is actually for 4 people, there are 2 queen beds in the room. For the price (30$ per 4p) great deal.

Entire better without service. When I visit the entrance of hotel, there is no person even though the opening time. I have to find the reserved room by myself.
