Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills in Da Nang

It was our honeymoon and they have upgraded our room with a view! They also surprised us with a cake and romantic room design! I loved it and appreciated it so much! It made our stay more magical. I expected good service from this hotel, as this stay was meant to be a special trip for my boyfriend’s birthday.

During check-in, the room wasn't ready, so I left my luggage with the hotel. When I returned later to collect my room key, I was informed that my luggage had been mistakenly taken to the 1st station by another guest who had already checked out.

As a result, I had to wait almost 4 hours before my luggage was finally recovered. I was wearing white pants that had been stained with coffee earlier (which was my own fault), but the long wait caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. Additionally, due to the delay, I was unable to use my coupon to exchange for a beer and food within the valid time.

I was very disappointed with the handling of my luggage. Considering the impact on my stay, the only compensation provided is a plate of fruit — was inadequate.

Must stay if you want to enjoy bana hills! We will surely recommend to stay here because of 4star rating though i highly suggest that bring only enough things so the transfer is wasy. Even though there is a bell boy atill it is best you carry only enough baggage. Also i was confuse why the hotel staff was asking our passport in our personal room.

We enjoyed staying at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. Wondering the Village at night was amazing my granddaughter (5 years old ) met a Princess she was so happy. Everyone looked after us. So much to see and do. A real credit to the Vietnam Government. Rooms are clean lots of food Breakfast was so good and Buffet was Excellent Staff are very friendly and helpful

Checking into the hotel was super convenient. They had a dedicated shuttle and a private cable car which made getting around a breeze. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast spread was excellent. Once we were checked in, it was really easy to enjoy all the facilities and activities.

The room is a bit small, and the cleanliness inside the room is acceptable. However, the areas outside the room—such as the lift, lobby, entrance, and restaurant—should be cleaner, especially during the wet season. I could smell smoke outside my room and hear a baby crying at night. The baby issue is understandable, but the smoking policy should be enforced more strictly.

Ba Na Hills Sun World is amazing. It is like a French medieval town in the Hills. Get away from the heat of Da Nang by taking the cable car to the top. Loved it.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the Mercure hotel in Ba Na Hills. Rooms were clean & tidy. Its cold up there so make sure you pack some warm clothes. 😎🇻🇳
