I recently spent nine nights at this hotel, and it was wonderful. The hotel is peaceful, with beautiful gardens, two fresh water pools, two restaurants and great food. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Hoa on reception who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and provide recommendations and assistance. The shuttle bus to the Old Town and the beach made getting around very easy. I highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect hotel for our family with two teens. Peaceful jungle village feel. No issues with the tons, spacious, good AC, near the pool, clean. Free shuttle to town and their free beach lido (worth a visit for the swim up bar!)

Amazing stay at Mulberry Collection Silk Village. We spent three super peaceful nights, with no noise at all. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best we’ve had. We loved the two pools, especially the quiet one right in front of our room. Afternoon tea by the pool was such a nice surprise. The gym is great, the happy hour deals are really worth it, and the hotel is overall very well-equipped.

The extra bonus: there’s a real silk factory inside the hotel you can visit, which makes the experience truly special.

Don’t hesitate to book your stay in Hoi An here. Whilst not directly in town, it’s only a short (free) shuttle ride or grab away. The grounds here are so tranquil and you can’t hear the bustling of the world outside!
We initially booked for 3 nights, but after busy days out and about, we wanted to extend our stay to recharge and take some downtime in this peaceful setting. We stayed 7 nights all up! Staff have been friendly and happy to help, restaurants on site have delicious meals and a good selection of wines and other beverages. Breakfast is amazing with a great variety of options. Spa/massage services onsite also great. Comfy beds and spacious rooms, we stayed in a villa/balcony room. There is a good laundry service directly across from hotel charging 40k dong per kilo. All in all would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again on our next trip to Hoi An. Has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far!

Mulberry Silk Collection Village Hotel is a stunning and peaceful retreat, perfectly located in a quiet area yet still convenient for exploring. The hotel truly feels like your own little village, with a beautifully designed setting that makes for a relaxing stay.

The service was outstanding, and I loved their buffet breakfast, which had a good selection, though it would be great if they changed it up occasionally. The hotel massage was excellent, especially the bamboo massage, which I highly recommend. Their happy hour cocktails were enjoyable, but I do hope they improve by adding more alcohol to the drinks.

A great perk is the free shuttle service to the Old Town, though it’s on a set schedule, so check with the hotel. They also provide airport pickup and drop-off. My cozy and comfortable room made for a perfect escape from the city noise. Highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommended! Everyone that was there went out of their way to be helpful and make the stay enjoyable for everyone. Location is about 2km from the Old Town area. Close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. There are restaurants, convenience stores, shops, laundry, and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. Pools were nice. Rooms were clean and nice. Everything was very very nice.

I automatically 1 star review any hotel that interrupts its guests when they sleep for any reason. Allowing guests to sleep is the primary job of a hotel and if a hotel can’t do that right then it is trash. This resort is so far from the main attractions in Hoi An so these issues are self inflicted by the staff here.

I stayed here for 3 nights. After the second night at 9 in the morning, housekeeping staff aggressively knocked on my door and rang my doorbell to clean my room. That is obviously inappropriately early and they should know better. After the third night, hammering began in the room next to mine at 8:15 in the morning. That is also obviously inappropriate and they should also know better. Breakfast is served from 7-10am so that acknowledges to me that the hotel expects that people may sleep until 9-9:30 easily anyways. I will also add that the walls of the rooms are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors doors open and close and you can hear them shower, etc.

Like I said, automatic 1 star review for interrupting my sleep. Normally its other guests that cause the most issues but it’s unforgivable when it’s from the hotel staff themselves. Let your guests sleep in peace!

Close to all the attractions with a phenomenal breakfast and rooms. I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa and pool that were there. I think the dinner food was only okay but the breakfast was spectacular. Be prepared to walk a bit around the complex but overall would highly suggest this hotel to anyone.

I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be in Hoi An but wants to stay away from the hustle and the crowd of the old town. The ultimate place to relax as this is a great resort! They have two pools and the breakfast spread was great too. Plus, they have free shuttles to the Hoi An old town so that you don't have to worry about a thing. They also have complimentary bikes for the hotel guests and you can cycle around the town to explore on your own. They gave us a free upgrade and moved us to the villa which was such a great experience! The villa was huge, pool facing and the shower area was open and fabulous. I am super happy with my stay here. What a steal deal and such a great value for money!

Lovely place to stay, quiet and relaxing. There are 2 swimming pools and lovely gardens. At the back of the grounds there is the silk village which is reasonably priced. The spa facilities and treatments are nice, I had a massage and facial. Both were discounted 300 000 dong. The breakfast was pretty standard, I enjoyed the beef pho every morning. A very nice place to stay!
