The place is very spacious, and Building 3 is quite new. Many large conferences are held here. I didn't have time to go swimming because my schedule was too tight.

Excellent lotion with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the hotel staff were great. The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively. If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area.

We booked a two-bedroom sea-view room, but the facilities were really old. The toilet was clogged, and the front door was jammed shut. However, the environment was absolutely stunning, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

The staff were all really kind and helpful. I didn't get to use the pools, but there's one on the first floor and another on the third, and My Khe Beach is just across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants right behind the hotel, which was great because I didn't have to go far to find things to do. ATMs are also plentiful, about a 10-minute walk away.

The Hilton Da Nang is truly impressive. The rooms are large, neat, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Housekeeping cleans daily, so when you return from sightseeing, your room is spotless. Receptionist can barely speak English so we communicated using Google Translate. Room is spacious but the entire building is relatively old. Cleanliness can be improved as the fan is covered by a thick layer of dust. The location wise is very strategic: next to a convenient store, few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants/spa.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The environment and everything else are also good! However, a few front desk staff members have a serious 'white worship' complex. Whenever they encounter an older white European or American man, they are overly flattering and fawning, but when dealing with Asians, they act superior.
