Pilgrimage Village Resort & Spa in Hue

Pilgrimage Village was one of the most peaceful and memorable hotel experiences during my travels.

The whole place feels like a true oasis of greenery. There are plants, trees and beautiful tropical gardens everywhere, creating a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Even though the property is quite large, it still feels intimate, harmonious and very thoughtfully designed.

The resort offers many wonderful spaces to relax, and the overall atmosphere encourages you to slow down and truly enjoy the surroundings.

What really makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. The staff are outstanding — professional, attentive and genuinely kind.

I would especially like to thank Ms. Thanh, whose professionalism, warmth and attention to guests clearly set a wonderful tone for the whole team.

The food was also excellent — very fresh, high quality and with a nice daily rotation of dishes, so every day you can enjoy something slightly different.

It’s a place where you truly feel taken care of.
I would happily return and highly recommend Pilgrimage Village to anyone visiting Hue.

What. A. Place.

From start to finish our 4-night vacation at Pilgrimage Village exceeded all our expectations. Our check-in experience was excellent and our host made us feel like royalty. We were also upgraded to one of the bungalows which made our stay even more special. This place truly feels like a resort and contains everything you need. We enjoyed daily use of the pool, gym and spa facilities.

The guest relations team, especially Claudia, cannot do enough for you and the WhatsApp concierge service makes booking activities/asking questions so much easier. There are multiple shuttles into the city centre every morning and afternoon which all ran on time for us.

The breakfast experience was great and there was a good selection of high quality breakfast items. We highly recommend staying in this resort and cannot wait to return in the future ♥️

One of the best stays of our Vietnam trip

One of the best places we stayed during our trip. A special thank you to the manager, Claudia, who was an absolute sweetheart and outstanding at her job. She genuinely made us feel like longtime friends.
We were upgraded and our room was amazing, in a quiet “no-kids” pool area, which made the stay extra peaceful. The staff were fantastic across the board, and the food was incredible.
No negative points at all. Highly recommended if you want a calm, high-quality, truly welcoming place in Hue.

​Vegetarian Dining: As vegetarians, we are often worried about finding variety, but the restaurant provided fantastic plant-based options that were both flavorful and authentic.
​Seamless Transport: The complimentary shuttle bus into town was extremely handy and punctual, making it easy to explore Hue’s lively bars and restaurants while still enjoying the seclusion of the resort.
​Atmosphere: The lush greenery and quiet surroundings make this the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel has great room, beautiful ground and impeccable services.

We stayed at the Villa Double room with access to a heated pool from our room’s “back door/patio”. The room decors were luxurious and large. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good setup/shower. We loved the room.

It had 2 restaurants, one for the morning breakfast and one for the evening dinner. We tried both and the food was refined and tasty in both restaurants. The atmosphere and restaurant setup were wonderful.

We also enjoyed walking around the ground - which had different themes - tropical, garden, and 3 different pools!

Best of all, we were impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. All service personnel were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Aditya, who helped us with check-in and took care of us through out our stay, stood out for us.

Beware that this hotel is about 7km from city centre but they have shuttle that the guests can use.

Gorgeous spot. I came here as a treat night after backpacking in hostels. Rooms are incredibly beautiful. The staff are friendly and the pool is gorgeous. The spa was amazing (if a little expensive on a tighter budget). They also offer yoga every morning, I will try tomorrow !

Service is excellent. Food is nice. Lightning in room need more lumens.

All the Vietnamese food we had (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner) was spectacular.

It’s a gorgeous property.

This was our second stay here. It's just a peaceful and relaxing resort stay. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and breakfast buffet has everything you'd want and also great quality... egg station, pho station, banh mi station etc etc but its not too big, so it doesn't feel like a mass-produced buffet.
The staff are all incredibly friendly they even remembered us from our last visit here a few months ago. Can recommend the spa treatments or even just booking in for an hour at the sauna/steam and jacuzzi area if you're not in to treatments. It's an outdoor resort with many pathways, lights and a thousand umbrellas available if needed 😀

Nice swimming pool, good setup and landscape. But quite confusing of the architecture style, bali, vietnamese or chinese 😅
