Was very happy with this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked they got in touch to offer any assistance and communication was always quick and helpful .
On arrival , check in was smooth and quick , our bags were taken straight up to our room and then we were escorted by one of the receptionists to show us the room and how things worked .
All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lovely ladies on reception who gave us a map and explained options to tour the sights , no hard sell just honest and helpful . They always said hello and greeted us nicely whenever we returned . They would jump up and press the lift button when they saw us approaching the front door so we didn’t have to wait for the lift .
Breakfast was good , again very helpful and polite staff they were quick and efficient. Housekeeping was also vey good and they kept the whole place clean and tidy .
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The front desk staff are very friendly and always greet you when you leave or return to the hotel. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the room is spacious and well maintained.

It was a perfectly comfortable distance from the city center, yet still quiet as it's located on a smaller road.

We stayed here two nights. From the friendly welcome drink to staff recommendations we had a great experience. The location was great for what we needed. The hotel had really affordable and quick laundry service. Only downside was the shower water temp but it’s a little thing. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good.

Very good location and many choices of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and very confortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book a day trip tour on my arrival.

It was a very pleasant stay! The staff is super nice and helpful, they speak really good English so it’s super easy to communicate. The room itself is spacious, and the balcony is nice. The breakfast is not so big but everything that I tried was super good! About the location, it was super close to a lot of restaurants, and bars which was nice.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful with various amenities (bathrobes, very nice shampoo, toiletries) and even had a beautiful balcony. The rooftop pool and terrace offered a beautiful view over Hue. We definitely recommend couples and families to stay there!

The property is in a narrow alley way. Nearby hv lots of good eateries. They have a Spa in the hotel which i found convenient since i knew I wl b using that service. There was a 30% discount given to room guests for their spa treatments, which was good though not cheap. The young staff in the hotel are very friendly n helpful esp those during morning breakfast.
