I’ve been traveling for about 2 months in south east Asia and this has been so far my best experience. The resort is amazing, the staff very kind, and I see no negative points. The pool looks even better in real life and you can enroll for a free yoga class. It is also conveniently located. Thank you again to all the hotel team.

The resort is about 5km from historical sites and the city center. The room was spacious, and the grounds were lush and green, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay for both mind and body.

Nothing but praise for the staff at this resort. Due to chance of our travel plans, we arrived much earlier and they went above and beyond to get our room ready before 10am. The service is really excellent. The resort is beautiful and has excellent breakfast. They offer a shuttle bus service to city center.

I love this resort so much! Can’t wait to recommend everyone, especially those who love the zen vibe. It’s the best resort in my life. The atmosphere, the decoration, the service here and all the details are sooooo good! Although there’re lots of flowers and trees, but I couldn’t find any insect or mosquitoes! I also attended their free yoga and meditation classes. The vibes here just made us relaxing. We were ungraded to a villa and we totally enjoyed our stay here! I’ll definitely miss this place and the staff here! I recommend everyone to book the villa. The villa made my Vietnamese trip totally worth it! I also had a spa treatment, jacuzzi and sauna. Although i think the spa is a bit pricey, but thinking that i can relax with this beautiful place. Why not experience it once in a lifetime!

The service was good overall — staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast spread was also great with plenty of choices. However, there were many lizards on the ceiling at night, which made our stay uncomfortable. At checkout, we forgot to bring back the room keys, so the staff tried to locate them. Unfortunately, one of the keys could not be found and we were told we might have to pay a fine of more than 1 million dong. Thankfully, after we left, the staff managed to find the missing key. We felt the situation could have been handled better at the time, perhaps by calling more staff to help with the search, and it would also be much more convenient if the hotel switched from physical keys to card keys. With these improvements, the overall experience would be much better.

I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world.
The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed.
My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind.
Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler.
Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers.
And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done.
I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue.

This is an older hotel with a lot of character, set amidst beautiful gardens. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is extremely attentive. It boasts three swimming pools with very clean water. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, with the fruit selection being particularly diverse and delicious.
However, there's one significant drawback: the room we were assigned this time backed onto a chicken coop. Roosters crowing late at night and in the early hours significantly disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the room's proximity to the main road at the back meant loud and startling truck horns at night. If you're fortunate enough to avoid rooms in these specific areas, you'll likely have a very enjoyable stay at this resort. However, if you're unlucky and get assigned to such a room, it will definitely impact your sleep.
