This hotel's a total letdown. Dilapidated rooms were filthy—floors grimy, shower edges caked with grime, paint peeling everywhere. Electronics were a nightmare; sagging wires behind the TV, taped together, buzzing and popping non-stop—seriously dangerous. I booked this hotel as they advertised it had a business center. Despite requesting it when booking, staff didn’t know what I was talking about - they told me they didn’t have a business centre. I had to show the staff their own site to explain, only to learn that it is in fact a meeting room and they charge 500k VND to use it for a few hours. Ridiculous - never had to pay for the use of a business centre in any hotel before. Avoid this dump.

The stay at this hotel was a disaster for us.
It supposed to be a 4 star luxury hotel, but unfortunately it showed to be far from that.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many different hotel la worldwide but never experienced something like this.
To start, the bathroom was very outdated. Also the bath tub was not clean at all when we checked in. It was no shower in the bathroom.

The nightmare started when the remote for the air condition showed not working properly, making the room freezing cold. With many tries in the middle of night, nothing changed and the room temperature stayed the sane no matter what you set on the remote.
And in the morning the symptoms of the cold, soar throat, and fever started making my day and rest of my trip miserable., really unfortunate.

After asking the management to fix it, they replaced the batteries and it seemed to be working, but unfortunately later it showed that there is still the same issue as the first night with the air conditioning.

To make things even worse, the toilet plumbing used for hygiene washing broke with a simple use, and water flooded in the bathroom.
We called the receptionist and someone showed up and fixed it (we didn’t dare using it afterwards anyway) and when he was done I asked whether someone will come to clean the bathroom.
He used one of the towels in the bathroom by foot and dried the bathroom floor. But no cleaning was done, neither anyone contacted us for cleaning later.

Just using the towels in the bathroom for floor cleaning, says a lot, even though I don’t blame the staff. It is the management to blame.

Much more to write by I end this review with the cleanliness in the breakfast area that was not suitable for a 4 star hotel.
