i asked to see the room 1st. it looked overpriced but i was tired and hot so i turned on the air conditioner and waited but he rushed me to pay for the room. i said i'll pay if the a/c gets cold. he said it will get cold. i paid and went out thinking the room would be cold when i goy back, but it was the same temperature as outside. he offered to give me a new room and the air conditioner also didn't work in that room. so i asked for a refund and he yelled at me that he's never had a customer complain so much and he's not giving me a refund. he's a lying thief.

We chose this place due to the good reviews it has on Booking but we got a little bit disappointed. The room is ok but below average in similar budget hostel around the country (small room, no towels or toiletries). Not friendly or helpful staff at all. It was only a young lady around there that's looks pretty angry with the world.

On a quiet cul-de-sac. I had a room overlooking the street and was excellent. The bed, the linen, and the bathroom 1st class. The family were charming and helpful.

Really great guesthouse/hotel in a lovely neighborhood in Hue. Everything you need on your doorstep - cheap food and great coffee. Also had the best shower in a while in the room! Slightly noisy in the AM but I guess that's the vibe of the neighborhood. Highly recommend!
