This is our second cruise! Previously, we booked directly at the port, but this time we booked through Trip.com, which was much more convenient. We got all our questions answered online before the cruise, which was super helpful. We loved everything: from the cruise organization, the food, the well-planned itinerary and activities, to the very attentive staff. I highly recommend this cruise! 👍 The photos speak for themselves. 😁

The staff on board were incredibly friendly, especially supportive of families with young children. The cabin facilities were decent, and the food was noteworthy. The activities were well-designed and varied.

The service staff are very friendly, the room is large, after checking in, you have to take a half-hour boat ride to the boat station, but the food on the boat is not very delicious, but it is enough to eat.

The hospitality is great. Rooms are so spacious. The whole experience was amazing. Our Cruise Manager Mr Nick was so helpful. Took care of all our needs. The whole crew was so welcoming n friendly. Would visiti again.

My first Halong Bay cruise. Decent food and good experience!

Our transfer to+fro Hanoi was not included have to make own arrangement which cost us USD20 1 way.
Upon reach Halong terminal thr checkin was easy. Onboard crew are friendly and always smiling. Facilities inside cabins were great, food provided are high quality.
Only problem was thier free internet which is not working most the time.

La Regina Grand Cruises.. The cruise is good one, tho looked little old with squeaky wooden flooring but had an ancient luxurious touch to the interiors. Mobile internet & WIFI onboard signal was really really bad. Some activities provided onboard. And we did learn on how to make the vietnamese fried spring rolls. Overall was ok and yes u should add in your Hanoi trip!! 🥰🥰

Very very beautiful and relaxing. They provide activities but I decided to just stay on the boat and enjoy the views. Very friendly staff. Good food. Highly recommend this cruise. Check in and out smooth process.
