In the end, we had to agree, because there was no other way out, there were 30 minutes left before departure. We We don’t know whose fault is in this situation, but from reviews on the Internet we realized that this happens to many tourists, companies act according to this scheme. I really want to figure this out, why they are selling something that is not there. We were offered an upgrade to a room category and payment road to Halong, which was completed, but the mood was spoiled, because the ship was old and not beautiful, without a pool and a jacuzzi on the deck and it was a 4-star cruise, which is not acceptable when replacing. This Aquamarine Halong liner is not even chosen for purchase for what dates, everything is sold out 😃, perhaps it is a replacement for 5 cruises for tourists like us. The pictures do not correspond to reality, everything looks old and abandoned.
