It is a chance to live in the absolutely beauty! Service is perfect. Food. Indoor pools, onsens.. But the very best is location! Can recommend room with ocean view, its worth it.

We needed somewhere for 24 hours, so we took a full-board option. Mistake! We were offered the same menu twice in the same day. The first time round our food came all at once so we could share, which was nice, and we drank only bottled water. The room was clean and odorless, and the TV even had YouTube, but the internet was a bit weak. Hopefully, the internet issue will be improved in the future. I didn't have breakfast this time; I previously thought the breakfast selection was a bit ordinary, so this time I just ordered room service, which was quite good.

It's a little far from the city center, but the price is very reasonable for a 5-star hotel. It's clean and the staff are well-trained. There is an apartment building at the back of the hotel. When I ordered Grab food, the delivery person mistakenly went to the apartment building. You need to be careful. I would like to stay here again when I come to Hai Phong.

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive...

At around 500 [currency, e.g., RMB/local currency] per night, it offers excellent value for money. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. It's also very convenient for taxis.

The rooms were okay, but the decor wasn't great. Some rooms didn't have windows, so they weren't very well-ventilated. There was only one bottle of water in the room, which wasn't enough. Calling the front desk was also difficult. The stool was already broken, and I almost had to pay extra for it.

The location is good for sightseeing. You can walk around main spots. It only takes about 10 min walk from the Haiphong station.

The hardest mattress I’ve ever encountered! Apparently the shower wasn’t great. Bathroom from the 1970’s. There seemed to be hardly anyone staying there. We went for breakfast to find an empty room and no food, staff or guests. Eventually a lady appeared and waived some noodles at us. We politely declined.

noisy, absolutely not sound proof, bathroom seems come out from '70s ... rooms clean but really old furniture and moquette .. so full of dust mites. on the back (more quite than street side) you have a "fantastic view" of docks. 3* and not only 1 or 2, brcause food is fantastic and staff really friendly and capable to speak English.

The location is wrong, the facade doesn't match the description, and communication with the front desk staff is extremely difficult. Asking people nearby doesn't lead anywhere. The balcony door can't be locked, and it's practically connected to the adjacent balcony. The washing machine is shared by the rooftop staff. The room cleanliness is acceptable.

The biggest plus is that it's clean and smells nice. It's quiet and private (because there's no reception or anyone watching). The price is reasonable. The downsides: The water wasn't hot enough for a shower in the evening. Also, if you rent a car or check out and want to store your luggage, it has to be left outside, which doesn't feel very secure, though the security seems to be okay.

It's 2.5:)) everything inside the room was soooo dusty, especially in a wardrobe. Towels were very stiff! With yellow stains. But bed was perfect. But...water was half warm....it's disaster and not the bath. Staff was great, a girl spoke English very well and was very friendly. Near the elevator there was an ashtray and the sign - NO SMOKING. ok...in our bathroom there were roaches on the window.....

I chose a room far from the elevator and the staff arranged it for me. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and they helped me a lot in finding places to eat. Although they didn't serve breakfast, the nearby restaurant was delicious and cheap. I will come back next time.
