Very disappointed that when I received a mail from Reservation Team saying that hotel will only arrange accordingly subject to hotel availability… I can’t believe that just a very simple request that customer who booked one week before, and stay for 5 nights continuously you guys can’t even make such arrangements? Just very simple arrangement work you guys not even willing to do for a membership customer and lazy to make arrangements? You think Haiphong only got one hotel? You think you are still busy like before? If you hire this kind of management person your hotel will get slower.

Fortunately, the staff are more knowledgeable to understand these. The staff at counter and luggage service team are very helpful.

Then the breakfast, with your pricing, can’t you guys provide Yogurt from VietMilk? Your hand make yogurt is hard to eat. How do you handle the yogurt hygiene ??

Hotel is great with hospitality, cleanliness, comfort level, location is not bad with easy access to some grocery shops and nice restaurants within walking distance, but no major shopping mall, breakfast is nice with good variety of food choices.....

The hotel feels quite new, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room is spacious with great natural light, and the bathtub was wonderfully relaxing!

The hygiene was excellent; I didn't find any spots that weren't cleaned thoroughly.

The service was truly exceptional, from the reception to the concierge, everyone was fantastic and most could communicate in English!

The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, especially the banana milkshake!

I'll definitely book here again on my next visit!

Had a great experience with this hotel. I forgot some cash and credit cards and keys and they kept it for me and my colleague picked up. Clean and nice hotel and breakfast was good. I would surely stay again
