Queenie Hotel in Haiphong

I booked a room here on Booking.com and the experience upon arrival was absolutely terrible. The service from the owner to the staff was unprofessional and offered no customer support. When I booked, I chose a room with a balcony, priced at 480. Upon check-in, the staff kept asking which room I booked and which room I wanted. I asked the staff member why they didn't check my booking directly with my booking code instead of asking me. I showed them a picture of the room, and they demanded 550. I refused, and they called the owner. The owner spoke to me on the phone but didn't let me speak for an hour, saying I checked in late. But I booked for 1 AM on the 20th, and the app only allows bookings from the 19th to the 20th, so I had to pay extra to have a place to stay. And yet the owner still complains about my late check-in! Unbelievable!

I've never encountered a hotel with such terrible service.

First time and last time to ks. Reception and management are crooked, not a bit professional. At first, both of the hotel's receptionists reported late check-out fee of 50k/h. Time to pay again Message manager is 300k/h for many reasons.

Facilities are at a good level compared to the price range.
HOWEVER, the hotel manager and reception are unprofessional, do not value customers, leave a bad experience for us, WHEN the reception reports an overtime checkout fee of 50,000 VND/h, but when paying, the management again quotation is 300,000 VND/h.
Disappointed, lol :(

Forgetting things at the hotel and calling the front desk again and again without asking for the number to report back.
Then I called and received an explanation that after she went out, there was a room downstairs that moved up 🙄 maybe let the guests in another room move in without cleaning the room, the furniture is big but not small but I can't see it.
