Kim Lan Hotel Can Tho in Can Tho

We ran out of the hotel at midnight!!
We were given the VIP2 room (booked from Agoda). When we checked in, the front desk gave us the room keycard and told us that our room is on 7th floor. There was no instruction about facilities, breakfast, or front desk contact, or whatsoever; plus, there is no front desk at night (after we checked in), only the security guy in the front.
When we got in the room, it has a smell that the room hasn’t been occupied for a while. The bathroom and the patio was only separated by NO LOCKED sliding glass door and ceiling to floor glasses windows. So people from other buildings can obviously see us using the bath room, since we could also see their living room from our chair in the room. The rooftop of the neighbor building is next to our patio, people can easily climb in and get in the room without effort (VERY UNSAFE).
There is a painting of a lady right above the bed. If you work in F&B and are spiritual, you know what i am talking about.
When we checked out (at the middle of the night, even we paid the booking for 2 nights on Agoda), the security man in the front helped us to checked out, HE DIDN’T EVEN ASK or CHECK THE ROOM. He was not surprised at all !!!
We contacted Agoda, and even now, it’s been a week, Agoda still couldn’t reach the hotel.
So guys, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL if you decided to spend your stay here.
