Good location with city views. The cable car is right next to the hotel, but there aren't many dining options nearby. However, there are plenty of cafes behind the hotel where you can relax and enjoy a coffee. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always willing to help with any questions.

Maybe the bus station nearby is a plus for some. And the staff are very helpful. That's where the positives end. There isn't a single shop nearby, and while there's a cafe, I didn't feel like going in. Breakfast was extremely meager, just something to fill you up – I don't understand who it's meant for. We stayed in early January, and it was very cold; there was no air conditioning or heater, and in the morning, all the windows and doors were wet from the inside. All our belongings in the room also became damp and cold. This place just didn't work for us.

the best hotel we stayed in da lat. location is near to da lat bus station where we took sleeper bus from hcm to da lat. the price is reasonable and room is spacious for 2pax each room.

I definately recommend this place for you who love serenity. The view from my balcony is amazing, in the morning you will see some thin haze, night with the lights and afternoon also nice.. If you are with family or couple this place is amazing.. Or if you are a solo traveller who love quite place I also recommend it to you..

Hotel is clean and have big windows for the natural lights to enter to rooms, I feel relax a lot to stay in the rooms.
The breakfast buffet is covered in the booking is a plus.
Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Basic breakfast. You can find rice, eggs, some meet and vegetables. No fresh milk for coffee ☕️

With that price all good.. but only night time you can hear around your room area.. may be someone talking pound or outside wind blowing noise.. average on food 🥘 but not bad for basic breakfast with that budget.. overall okay

Everyone ! I recommend this hotel in dalat , Staff really really gooddd , kind and nice service , they help me as fast as they can when my room have some problem. Also Some costumer near my room opened speaker so loudly and I called reception. They come to solve it so fast even though that girl not stop to open 😅 but everything it was so good to me , nice location , near cafe and bus terminal. Before I will move to another place I forgot my phone but reception cute girl who wear glasses gave back to me , I can’t remember her name but really thank you ㅜㅜ I love here and I will go too visit there again if I have chance 🫶🏻🙏🏻

I was fooled by a few good reviews.
Staffs cannot speak English, safety deposit box is not working, everything is dirty- floor, bathroom, closet, even indoor slippers!, noisy and too bright from the very early morning (the curtain was a bit small and not fit to the window), door squeaking sound awakes my family……
I’m staying this hotel right now but looking for another place to stay.
Highly overpriced.

I was supposed to stay here for 4 nights(Superior Double-Balcony Room) but I just checked out on the 2nd day. I think that I expected too much since I saw a lot of good reviews. Of course the view from the balcony was super awesome!! But the rest of the things such as customer service, facility(hot water issue), or even a breakfast were a bit disappointing.

Lovely little hotel run by an absolutely charming couple. Our room was great and the breakfast, served on the balcony of our room with the most amazing view, was luxurious. Really can't recommend this place enough, we'll be sure to come back of we're ever back in Dalat.

We were lucky enough to book Villa Vista last minute. What an incredible experience! The view was breathtaking, the hospitality terrific, the room immaculate and the breakfast fantastic (they catered perfectly to my vegan diet!). Would absolutely recommend this to everyone visiting the stunning city of Đà Lạt.
