Sky House Hotel in Dalat

This was unfortunately a really bad experience. There was mold and fungus in the room. Smelled horribel, we had to check the madrass and it looked bad. Lots of fungus

The staff served us the wrong breakfast, and it tastet bad. We had to throw away food, something we hate to do.

didn't get room cleaning services during stay. This is serious, so it smells.

Checked five rooms on different floors throughout the hotel. Looked really great at first, but every room we saw was infected with aspergillus mould in the bathrooms and bedroom walls, which can cause fungal diseases of the lungs, ears, eyes, or fingernails. As per the photos, even the cups were infected. Every room smelled of mould, and we left earlier than planned. Where I'm from it's illegal to rent properties infected with this mould.

We first had two rooms, but they were so badly infected we asked to look at other rooms. We ever eventually found one that only had the least infection, which we shacked up in together.

Upon checking out earlily, the management kindly waved the cancellation fee, but then tried to charge us for 3 rooms despite sleeping in one.

After some argument, we were charged for a single room, but at 30% more than the listed price online. We were too exhausted to argue any further and paid.

Would never recommend this place to anybody until the entire building is properly treated for it's pervasive toxic mould infection.

Edit: the hotel has made a response that makes very little sense. It has nothing to do with price, an infectious toxic mould is a very serious problem for a hotel. It's a health risk, and it's irresponsible to continue to rent out these rooms until the problem is addressed.

Smells mouldy, black sooty mould on walls and in bathroom.
