My stay at Dragon King 1 Hotel was an average experience, neither fantastic nor disappointing. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to local attractions, which made exploring the area fairly simple. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though there were moments when they seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours.
The room itself was functional and clean, but it could use a bit more attention to detail in terms of maintenance. Some of the furniture looked a little worn, and the bathroom amenities were basic but adequate. The Wi-Fi was stable, which was a plus, and I appreciated the air conditioning, especially given the warm weather.
The breakfast offering was decent, but not exceptional, it was a simple selection, with some room for improvement in terms of variety and freshness.
Overall, it wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at, but it certainly wasn’t the worst. For the price, it served its purpose as a place to rest after a day of exploring. It’s a fine choice if you’re looking for something affordable and functional, but don’t expect luxury.

The service and location are good, but the hotel is in a serious state of disrepair. The facilities are extremely outdated, and the condition inside the hotel is unacceptable. The toilet has an unbearable smell coming from the drain, making it difficult to breathe. Additionally, the lighting is unreliable—some fixtures have fallen, and others only work intermittently.

Very well positioned. Reception works 24/7. Clean and tidy.

No hot water in the evening and night time in bathroom unless you let the water running for more than 20 minutes then you can get a slightly warm water.
Only got "warm water" in bathroom in the morning.
Sink pipe in the washroom was leaking. Even a maintenance guy came but it was still not fixed.
Door inside lock was broken but no one fixed it.

Breakfast buffet had a variety of food and drinks to choose from but food usually runs out quite quickly. The refrigerator wasn't functioning and there wasn't any remote control for the tv. Rooms were not sound-proof and it's hard to have a good rest as it gets really noisy in the early morning at 6am.

The hotel room is fine, there was a window facing another building about 20 cm away, so no view nor daylight.  My room was not cleaned over the three nights I stayed there, but actually you get what you pay for and location is really good

The hotel can be better. Need to more clean, inside the bathroom hair hair and hanger below bath tub. Bath tub cannot hold the water inside but still can use. Room really big, provide good breakfast buffet. With the price and the room i get satisfied
