Quite far from the city.
The main owner (Mr. Vu) is really helpful & friendly, but the other are not.
Cons: hard to find some food. You have to pay 20% more for something they call "surcharge" or "tax" even if you paid 15% tax and service on booking already.
When this hotel is completely finished it will be fantastic. However, when I stayed there (a couple weeks ago) there were some problems.
Pros: Very nice people, very clean rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom.
Cons: VERY far away, and no bikes/motorbikes for rent, and no public transportation. The woman at the desk spoke no English, which was difficult because it is so far away. So we couldn't get any information about where to get food, how to get to town, etc. Not many local food places - the closest one we found was about 2k away.
VERY LOUD construction starting very early every morning right outside our window. It was impossible to sleep in the morning with the noise.
Hopefully with some additions and more work this place will be a great place to stay.
