Meriton Hotel Nha Trang in Nha Trang

We liked everything; we stayed on the 15th floor. Sometimes in the evenings, there was loud music from the neighboring hotel.

Pros: My room had a balcony and was newly renovated.
Cons: After the renovation, the limescale hadn't been washed off everywhere. Upon check-in, there was a smell in the toilet; we had to buy an air freshener. We mentioned the issue to reception, and they agreed to replace the room the next day. But the air freshener solved the problem, and we stayed in the room. The room cleaning was excellent. Hot water wasn't always available; even letting it run for a long time, as recommended at reception, didn't help. The most difficult thing about this hotel is the breakfast: the only thing they have in abundance is pho-bo, and they almost always try to sort it out because they bring so little. And everything they prepare is very greasy; not everyone can eat it. It's completely unclear how to eat with a child. There was never enough coffee; two people would take it and the kettle would be empty again. They will make you scrambled eggs, but they use a lot of oil, and you have to stand around waiting. I have something to compare it to; during TET, we stayed at several similar hotels :). The pool area is very tired, but the view from the top is beautiful.

I stayed here for three days, everything is great, except that the cleaning ladies come into the room even if you are sleeping, today I was in complete shock from this impudence!!!

I don’t understand why people complain about the hotel’s service and staff. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met while traveling from Khanh Hoa to Nha Trang with my fiancée.

But yeh, the light in the room is **** and hard to see anythings, should have spend more money upgrading the light

Stayed almost 2 weeks, clean, tidy and good service. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, beach is around 300 meters. Breakfast was good cos i am an Asian , i liked pho soup in the morning. Maybe Europeans has different taste. Budget friendly.

we stayed at this hotel for more than a week during our vacation in Nha Trang. The cleaning was done almost every day, the hotel was clean. There is a swimming pool and a relaxation area on the roof. The hotel is conveniently located, there are many cafes and a market nearby, and the beach is across the street. Overall, we were satisfied with everything.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the warm and welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next trip…
