The hotel is quite ambiguous. On the one hand, it's close to the center, right across from the entrance to some park. The view from the window is green. Overall, the street seems quiet, but one evening there was karaoke, and another night, a dog barked all night long. The entrance door to the room was sturdy. The room itself was large, and the cleaning was okay. However, there was no air conditioning, only a fan. As a result, the room was very damp and had a musty smell, and the closets smelled musty.

The staff were nice, the wifi was good and the location was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was in the basement and they sneak this past you in the booking you really need to read the fine print when making a booking to see if the room has a window because we had no idea it didn’t say it. Luckily we were only there for two nights so was manageable but wasn’t pleasant.

This hotel is terrible, I was very disappointed with the way the hotel works. I booked a deluxe room with a view but when I arrived they put me in the attic room. the room was completely different from the room i booked it was small and had no light, the room was always dark and the toilet was clogged

1. There is no air conditioner in the room. I thought the weather in Da Lat would be very cold at 18-25°C. Who knew that it would be very hot in the morning and the room would be stuffy at night.
2. The sound insulation of the door is very poor, and it is old. It takes a lot of force to close it firmly. I don't know if it is like this in most rooms. My family room is indeed like this.
3. Most of the people in the hotel can only speak Vietnamese. If you only know Chinese, you need to choose carefully.
4. It will often rain in Da Lat. Once it rains, the road in front of the hotel will be flooded directly, making it difficult to travel.
5. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and there were 4 power outages in total, one in the middle of the night, and then there was noise outside the door, which scared me to death.
6. The hotel's sewers smell very strong, and the toilets smell like sewers.
Summary: It is also my first time to stay in a hotel, and I have collected my least favorite accommodation conditions. Whoever chooses knows. The above comments are considered to be fair, and they are already very polite, and there are still many details such as hygiene that have not been mentioned.
In addition, I have lived in another hotel colline in Da Lat, and I recommend you to go.

Hotel is seems a bit rush to operate right after built or depth renovated as there were many missing facilities/services such as desk tissue, incompleted door paint, the balcony adjoins with another room which potentailly causes the privacy conflict, soundroof is poor as we could hear clearly adult act from another room at 4am (this must be seriously considered if your stay has children), the elevator does not match completly with the boutique theme, and no breakfast available. However, the bedroom & bathroom with hot water system are great and in very good condition. Last but not least, we did mostly enjoy the stay because of a staff named Chi, her warm hospitality with 100% client oriented attitude is just amazing and she was truly part of our successful birthday celebration event. Thank you again & keep it up, Chi!

The hotel is new so it is quite nice and clean, the architecture is also fine. Staff need reconsideration. My side booked a large room with 2 beds with balcony view, but we were going to give me a small room without a window looking out until I called the booker to change it back.
Free buffet breakfast, 1 meal, 1 meal, and no talk back to guests.
Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but never cleaned the room for guests.
