Em Oi Boutique Hotel in Nha Trang

Good staff , everything is good

This is a very nice place, it's located near Cho Dam market, as well as the airport bus station (city stadium). The beach is not far, either. My wife and I have really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Em Oi, the staff was always super friendly, eager to answer all of our questions. The surrounding area is rather quiet, too. I highly recommend booking the panorama sea view room, it's worth every penny. All in all, you're definitely not going to regret staying at this hotel. They deserved nothing but praise.

We chose this hotel because of its great rating and price. When we arrived, the front desk wouldn't give us the online rate, even when I showed the administrator that I could book the same room cheaper online right then. He suggested I go ahead and book it on the website. We decided to deal with it later and paid for one day. That first day included a buffet breakfast, which was very good. However, getting up for breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 wasn't really our thing; we went once and didn't feel like going again. After that, we booked through the website and paid with a Russian card in rubles. We had absolutely no issues at any stage, even with other bookings (trips, etc.).

The hotel itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and well-located with friendly staff. Housekeeping was daily and not too early. They provided two small bottles of water, tea, instant coffee, sugar, a shower cap, cotton swabs, toothbrushes with paste, a comb, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Everything was restocked promptly. There's also a kettle, TV, and fridge. In one room, the fridge didn't work, and in another, the safe didn't. In the shower, the water drained slowly.

I definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice pool, wonderful view, very clean, good breakfast, best of all, amazing staff.

Shame it doesn't have a proper bar.

The hotel is new and clean, which gives a pleasant impression. Everything in the room was also fine. However, it felt quite empty; I didn't see many people around.

As for the downsides, around midnight, the security guards close the front door and go to sleep next to it. So, if you're someone who likes to come back to your room late at night or go out for a smoke, this will be an issue for you.

This place a modern, cozy, a relatively quiet, beautiful city view.

Location, yes, it’s a little bit far from anything, but for me, who want by walk explore city and just enjoy summer , it’s ok.

Internet, could be faster, but if need download a large files , like video , you need a bit time, in all other cases, it should be enough.

Breakfast was really nice, fresh fruits, yogurts, waffles, pho bo (soup with beef and noodles ) or pho ga (soup with chicken and noodles ) , eggs, coffee, tea, juice… It’s look like nothing special , but all delicious.

One thing a bit annoying, when i lived there, somedays in 3:30 am, near i heard the sound of bells , or something . That was really crap, but just be ready take some earplugs for that case, otherwise, I would come back here again!
