Em Oi Boutique Hotel in Nha Trang

This isn't just a hotel, it's a place with soul. Cozy, stylish, with great breakfasts and very pleasant staff. Yes, the location is a bit further from the center, but in return, you get peace and quiet and no crowds of tourists. For me, this is undoubtedly one of the most heartwarming hotels in Nha Trang, and I've stayed in dozens.

I really liked the hotel.
It's located a bit far from the city center, but I was aware of that when I booked.

In my opinion, the area feels more 'local' than touristy, even though there are quite a few hotels around.

I disagree with those who complain about irregular housekeeping. This is communicated during check-in, and there's even a notice by the elevator downstairs stating: if you need cleaning, please let us know. I think this is very convenient. I don't need daily cleaning, and they brought me incidentals like toilet paper whenever I called. At the same time, I'd hand over accumulated trash.

The breakfast isn't overly varied, but it's tasty. You definitely won't leave hungry.

I also really appreciate that there are no wardrobes, shelves, or anything like that. Just an open rack and hangers, which easily accommodated all my belongings.

The room is very simple and minimalist. And that's just fantastic!

As for nearby cafes, I can recommend Nora (delicious coffee, just be prepared for a long wait), Stockholm (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the chain cafe Highlands.

The shopping center with Lotte Mart is about a 10-minute walk away.

A perfect hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about…okay, we didn’t have enough shower gel in our room. That’s it!

The breakfast is especially worth mentioning, very good!

I had a wonderful stay at Em Oi hotel in Nha Trang. The location is perfect—close to the lively Cho Dam market but far enough from the crowded tourist center, so it felt peaceful and authentic.
The hotel itself is very clean and nicely decorated. My room was comfortable, spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning.
But the best part was the staff—so friendly and welcoming. They genuinely cared about our comfort and made us feel right at home.
If you want a quiet, clean hotel with great food and amazing service, this is the place. Highly recommended

It's very clean and pleasant inside, with a good scent everywhere. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important in Vietnam 🌿❄️

The breakfast is excellent—more than enough of everything, fresh and delicious. You can tell the hotel is new, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. A very pleasant experience! 👍

Within walking distance, there are many local cafes with very tasty food—just Google nearby, there’s a large selection 🍜.

The beach is about a 5-minute walk away 🌊.

Overall, it's a really great hotel; I liked everything about it. I highly recommend it!

The trip was pretty good when I stayed at Em Oi during the Tet holiday. The price is reasonable. Em Oi has a vintage decoration which attracts me a lot. The staffs were nice and supportive, I really appriciate that. The rooms were clean, pretty cozy. Moreover, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was so good and tasty. I recommend the hotel to provide stronger wifi for customers. Overall, this hotel is a good choice to stay

We stayed here for almost two weeks, and the staff was incredibly friendly! They pay great attention to detail. You could spend hours just looking around the lobby. There are so many cool features. The pool is clean and well-maintained. Breakfasts were good, but after two weeks, they got a bit repetitive. If we ever come back, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again! 100% value for money. Good staff , everything is good

This is a very nice place, it's located near Cho Dam market, as well as the airport bus station (city stadium). The beach is not far, either. My wife and I have really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Em Oi, the staff was always super friendly, eager to answer all of our questions. The surrounding area is rather quiet, too. I highly recommend booking the panorama sea view room, it's worth every penny. All in all, you're definitely not going to regret staying at this hotel. They deserved nothing but praise.

We chose this hotel because of its great rating and price. When we arrived, the front desk wouldn't give us the online rate, even when I showed the administrator that I could book the same room cheaper online right then. He suggested I go ahead and book it on the website. We decided to deal with it later and paid for one day. That first day included a buffet breakfast, which was very good. However, getting up for breakfast between 7:30 and 9:30 wasn't really our thing; we went once and didn't feel like going again. After that, we booked through the website and paid with a Russian card in rubles. We had absolutely no issues at any stage, even with other bookings (trips, etc.).

The hotel itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and well-located with friendly staff. Housekeeping was daily and not too early. They provided two small bottles of water, tea, instant coffee, sugar, a shower cap, cotton swabs, toothbrushes with paste, a comb, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Everything was restocked promptly. There's also a kettle, TV, and fridge. In one room, the fridge didn't work, and in another, the safe didn't. In the shower, the water drained slowly.

I definitely recommend this hotel!
