We came in for a massage and the guy running the place immediately gave us a bad impression. First he told us one price, and then after we had already sat down, he suddenly said it would be higher. He couldn’t even do basic calculations without a calculator. We sat there waiting for the massage therapists for about 30 minutes. After one therapist finally arrived, the two people with me had to wait another 20 minutes for theirs.
My massage lasted only 35 minutes instead of the promised full hour, even though this damn procedure cost 280,000. In most salons it’s around 150,000 for a proper session. That’s pretty outrageous, don’t you think?
The therapists kept talking loudly to each other the whole time, getting distracted, and the massage itself was low-quality, weak, and honestly just bad.
Overall, we were left with a very negative impression. We’re upset, and we don’t even feel like giving this place a single star.

terrible service. they offered spa and special hair wash. i booked hair wash, charged me 180k vnd but using pamolive (a very cheap shampoo and conditioner). the person who provided service to me has no skills, put the whole arm on my face when turning my face side to wash side head. she also did a terrible service for drying my hair. my hair got slap to my face a lot. the room doesn’t look clean and very messy

I wanted to get a massage. The massageroom was dirty and had dead cocroaches on the floor. I didn't get the massage and left asap.
The staff was very friendly and understanding.

Nice staff. Location is very good only a couple minutes from the night market and lots of restaurants.
Rooms were okay but had a few mosquitoes. Bed sheets were a bit stained. We didn’t get towels and asked for them but had to wait till the evening for some reason.
There’s also a spa with massages and nails in reception but we didn’t get any.

stay in a triple room.
Entrance on the first floor is the massage place.
**WEIRD bathroom.!!!***
The glass door only blurs about waist height, so from some angle people in the room can see if the other person is using the toilet.
Positive side of half blur is I can stand in front of the bathroom glass door, look through the door and use the mirror for makeup ???
and the shower kinda can still see. It's not blur enough. no shower gel/shampoo provide.
Some bars nearby play nice songs to my taste 😄 English song about 3-5 years ago. With the door closed, I can only hear a little.
very good location, so easy to walk to a lot of places. A short walk from the airport bus stop.
It's cheap, but won't stay again
