Bonita Signature Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

The location is quite near the tourist spots, expect that it will be loud the entire day. Check in is strictly at 2pm. The receptionist was charging us extra 500,000 Dong but when we complained she said she was mistaken and we can pay the original price in the booking. The room is normal, the bed is soft yet the mattress looks dirty. Two small pillow and an extra small pillow provided. The slippers our probably worn thousand times, room is located next to a storage area, which made our stay even more terrible. The staff was banging the door the entire night. We reach the hotel at 12 midnight and still banging the door till 3am like there is no customer in the next room. It’s not worth its price and not a hotel for a vacation. The hotel can do better for its price to be honest.

Is a run down motel. Problems: No extract in rooms hence high humidity after taking shower causing mold and bad smell in rooms. Shower is missing a separator glass hence if not careful then the water splashes all over the room including the sink, towels, shoes walls etc. Another issue is the AC with the remoted locked up so no settings can be changed - really??? It seemed to be running at high fan speed preventing me from sleeping. Another issue - nowhere to put the luggage. The room is big but the design is such extravagant that with the bath plokend tight in the middle that it limits the movement. Another issue - noise. Forget about the sleep before 2am, it will be noisy outside. And let's not even go to the matter of cleaningness - there are areas of the room that haven't seen a damp cloth for months. I moved the fridge a little bit to the left and uncovered a patch of dust that still remembers dinosaurs. I'm scared to even look under bed and all the things that are surely living there. Would I recommend this hotel to stay longer than one night? No way.

You can audibly hear the water escaping from the hot tub with the tub stopper fully pressed down.

I'm fairly disappointed.
I was not given what was advertised. I wanted a bubble bath with my girlfriend in a nice hot tub, which is what it looks like online.

The funny part is, on the door, it says 7th heaven, and I don't see the heaven part. Just the 7 faulty issues with the room 😂

Even when you switch to the main faucet in the middle of the tub, it's leaking in every direction.

You can have it 3 ways in life.
Fast cheap and quality.
If it's built fast and cheap, it won't be quality.
If it's cheap and quality, it won't be fast.
If it's fast and quality, it won't be cheap.

Whoever maintains this building needs a job elsewhere because they're not doing their job. There's discrepancies everywhere.

The elevator feels like a final destination movie. If you've seen the movie, you'll know.

The one positive thing I will say is that it's fairly clean and the room was a decent price, but if you're advertising a working hot tub. PLEASE, I PLEAD, WORK PROPERLY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE / ironic for the room to be called 7th heaven only for it to come with nothing but problems.

I understand the renovations, but do not sell a room full of hopes and dreams.

This is the first time I have to leave my passport at the front desk when I stay at a hotel. They are killing me. Chinese people should keep their eyes open.
