I'll be honest and straightforward in my review.

I stayed in a Signature Room (Room 102) for 4 days.

1. The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was also clean.
2. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. There was a window with a view outside.
3. There's a refrigerator, but it wasn't cold at all; it was more like a warming cabinet.
4. Lots of mosquitoes. Mosquito spray is essential!!!
5. Not enough power outlets. A power strip is needed!!!
6. The hotel is located in an alley, but there are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, a bus stop, a hospital, and a pharmacy nearby. The local amenities are excellent.

If only the air conditioning and refrigerator were better, it would be the perfect hotel.

i stay here when im in saigon,its not new but clean and the front desk people are so nice and helpful..i recommend if you need to be in this area👍

Its a bit hard to find. The hotel is tucked in the corner in an alley that is in another alley. Decent room for the price

We chose this hotel because it seemed like a good deal. When we got there they said the price for the room we chose on booking.com was a mistake. So they then proceeded to put us in a much smaller room. It was late so we had to accept. room was clean expect for wall next to bed which badly needed repainting.

Great rooms and amenities at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful with all our requests. The room is rather large for the price with a good bathroom and huge television. The English language programs were a big plus. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from anywhere you would like to go.

Aside from the lack of Windows in the budget room, this was an excellent hotel. They were very accommodating, even though I had been a bit of a demanding/difficult customer due to a misunderstanding. Bit difficult for the taxis to find however since its in an offshoot alley
