The staff at both this hotel and the one I moved to were very accommodating, but I was on a tight schedule and had planned everything meticulously. So, it was a bit disappointing that the transfer time and having to move hotels messed up my plans, like going to the restaurants I wanted to visit.
Regarding the hotel I was moved to, I think it's perfectly fine for anyone looking for a private room with a toilet and bath at a low cost. The hot water and water pressure were also good. I imagine this hotel would be of similar quality too.
However room is old and not so clean.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
