The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient for getting around, strolling, and finding great places to eat. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, very clean and bright, with windows that opened to let in the sunshine. I'd definitely recommend it.

I booked this hotel for my parents for a one-night stay. Everything went smoothly until checkout this morning, which turned into a very unpleasant and humiliating experience.
After my parents returned the room key to a staff member in uniform and even gave him a tip, another staff member asked them to wait while he went to check the room. When he returned, he claimed that one towel was missing and asked to check my parents’ luggage.
This accusation was shocking, offensive, and completely unprofessional. My parents were extremely upset and confronted him in front of other guests due to how disrespectful the situation was. After this, the staff member simply walked away without any explanation or apology.
This review is to bring awareness to other guests considering this hotel. No guest should ever be treated with suspicion or publicly accused in this manner. To the management team: my parents deserve a sincere apology, and you should look into this matter and retrain your staff to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

Great location with nice amenities and convenient to stay. Cannot bring new visitor after 10pm.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Super convenient for walking around and close to many landmarks and hotspots for tourist and a couple super good local spots.

Boy, what am amazing stay. Exceeds our expectations!
All staff from the reception, to the staff at restaurants, the lobby, bell boys, housekeepers, open kitchen were so friendly, helpful and kind. Love the great customer service level. Definitely returning next year.

The hotel is clean, room service and cleaner is really quick as well to get you what you need.
Would say toilet needs improvement as there is no place to hang your clothes aside from the towel rack above the toilet seat.

Had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. They were very helpful in arranging a room upgrade and even prepared a lovely surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality.
