My room is new and big. Sound proof is ok, I actually don’t hear any noise when I am in the room.
Not likely to stay there again until changes are done.
Hotel staff should be tactful and ask the guest before allocation.
Upon discovering myself since I am not new to Novotel saigon, I requested for a room change. However, staff asked me if I had used the room. If I had, change is not permitted.
To make it even memorable, they start to charge when I asked for more water. Their complementary water are delivered in glass bottle (recycleable) and it wasnt even plastic bottle.
