The hotel is located near Japan Town with many Japanese restaurants. The staff are very welcoming. There are ten steps at the hotel entrance, but the doorman helped us with our luggage. On our first day, we were upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious. There are quite a few Western guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and afternoon tea is also provided. We needed to buy bus tickets to Mui Ne but couldn't pay, so we asked the hotel staff for help, and they paid for us.

Over 4 days staying in this incredible hotel is so worth.
The price of the hotel is affordable and the cleanliness is good.

Especially the hotel bell boy and front desk staff are very friendly and polite. An and Tony also showing cheerful attitude towards me and my sister ☺️ They willing to help when we ask some questions.

Bellboy DUY impressed me with his efficient attitude ( he also welcome us before we step out from the grab car, and he will arrange with his colleague who help us open the car door and he went in to hotel and help us to press the lift 🛗 button 🥰. This makes us feel so impressed 👍🏻.

Afternoon tea is free for everyone too, the food and beverages is delicious. They are plenty of food and desserts serve in their afternoon tea. It’s a waste that we forgot to take it the other days 🥲. We only manège to have the tea time for one day only ☺️.

Overall , it is such a great choice for stays. The location is good as it is near by the convenience stores and many Japanese / Korean / cafe restaurants.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Hygiene: The room was very clean, and Sister Chao, who cleaned it, was incredibly efficient. She did a thorough job, and they even replaced the complimentary drinks every day, which I was very happy with.

The hotel staff were all really great, and they even offered desserts and drinks in the afternoon. The location is super convenient. I tried the hotel's spa service, which was pretty good, but you need to book in advance. The room wasn't very big, though.

Nice boutique hotel. Clean but rooms are small. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel right in the middle of a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff and service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
