Compared to other Ho Chi Minh hotels I've stayed at, it's average.

I think it's good enough for the price. The receptionist speaks only Vietnamese, so if you are familiar with Southeast Asia, you should have no problem. Basically they are kind and I have no complaints.

The room has a bad smell, going to the 4th floor without an elevator, my legs are a bit tired
