It was incredibly dirty and smelly. The room was dusty, dark, full of mosquitoes, and the stench of sewage permeated the entire room. Even local guesthouses are cleaner. It was noisy; I could hear the sound of slippers shuffling outside in the middle of the night, and there was a pile of feces right outside the alley. I have no words to describe it. I rented for four days but had to leave after just one night because it was so filthy. No one should stay here. And yet they dare to put up a sign saying (hotel)? What a load of nonsense!

The rooms are old, not cleaned in advance for subsequent guests, no towels are provided, there are mosquitoes in the room, and the beds are dirty... yet the price is as expensive as other hotels on Su Van Hanh street. Avoid this place at all costs!

Excellent location near all the authentic Vietnamese street food. This is truly a typical Vietnamese neighborhood, not at all touristy like other districts. If you want to experience something different and be in the real heart of Saigon, this is the place to be. As for the accommodation, it's certainly not the most luxurious hotel, but it has a great feel! At this price, it's unbeatable for four people to sleep comfortably! The staff greeted me three times a day, carried my luggage to my room, invited me for a drink, and made me feel very safe. There's a fantastic, inexpensive dry cleaner right next door. For travelers with good vibes or a hippie vibe, this hotel is perfect.
