Hong Vinh Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights in Ho Chi Minh City, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were absolutely amazing and made my stay in Saigon unforgettable.
This hotel is run by one family, and you can really feel that personal touch. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic and lovingly prepared by the aunts of the family, which made it even more special.
Almost everyone speaks English, especially the people at the front desk — which is quite rare in Vietnam and something I really appreciated.
The rooms were very spacious, especially compared to other hotels in the same price range. The shower was also excellent, which is not always a given in Vietnam.
I honestly wish I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately I had to leave Saigon. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. A big thank you to everyone on the staff for making it such a great experience.

Staff so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Room is as expected, get what you pay for and included breakfast is decent. Great location for D1- large clean rooms

Good hotel and very pleasant staff. Room wasn't complete in terms of the facilities, but it was OK. Food area is very poor. Breakfast is very limited and it's not a buffet. Overall is acceptable to good...

The room was clean, bed was good and the breakfast was tasty. Overall everything worked and the laundryservice was quick and cheap. But the main thing was; the PEOPLE WERE SO LOVELY. ♥️

Hotel is in the middle of HCMC District 1, so allmost everything, also the real people and athmosphere of Vietnam's one of the biggest city is near. Grab a grab and see even more.

If you're looking for a western top luxury, this is probably not your place, but if you're looking for a nice and clean place surrounded by amazing, helpful people and to sleep in the middle of an authentic neighborhood, this is your place.

There is just one but.
As a major animal lover the axolotl at the tank in the lobby made me a sad. He wasn't happy.

If the hotel staff would learn about axolotl's natural habitat, and give him a bigger tank and some nicer athmosphere to live, I think more of us western visitors would be happier. ♥️

This place has is a great location and kind service. They upgraded our room for free to a double queen bed for our 1 night stay. The room we were in was very spacious and the wifi worked wonderfully. What particularly stood out was the continental breakfast. Then had a usual spread of fruit, coffee, and tea, but they also had a menu to order from. We ordered the hu tieu and it was delicious and fresh!

Wonderful place to stay. I don’t normally stay in hotel (preferred air bnb) but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. Excellent locations with breakfast provided, price are reasonable. I loved my stayed here in September 2022. Will definitely come back here on my next trip to VN.

Stayed here for three nights (SGD 104), totally worth the price. Location is good, walking distance to many museums and bentham market. For the price, it's value for money. Clean and friendly staff + it comes with breakfast 👌

Nice clean modern place, air con, separate shower in the ensuite, toiletries provided, feel a like home. Good location near the big market Banh Men. Fairly priced, breakfast a bit light as you have to chose among several sets, wasn't a buffet but it is ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

Great location, with most tourist spots reachable by foot. Hotel is in the quieter part of the area and generally quite safe. Breakfast is on the rooftop with you choosing from a menu.

I felt that the price was on the higher side for what was offered but no major complains.
