I booked this place on booking.com because I needed a hotel near Viettel Tower. When I arrived they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. I called booking.com, and they tried reaching out to the hotel, but the hotel claimed they couldn’t find that email either. The hotel then tried to get me to book directly through them, without using booking.com, but wanted to change my reservation to one night instead of three (when I already booked 3 nights on booking.com).

One of the staffs is liar about the price. He said the price that is actually increased but the fact is none. The hotel should ban this staff for further consequences of losing more customers. Please consider to ask about the price if you come to this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights from October 31st to 5th, 2018, this was during a weekend as well. This hotel is not quiet and you can hear noises in the middle of the night and in the morning when they clean the rooms. You will also notice a lot of working girl coming in and out of the hotel. Make sure to careful when they are cleaning your room or when they are checking your room, you want to be present if you have any belongings in there as I have lost items due to theft, but I have only noticed it after I have completely checked out of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

We checked in 10/14 at midnight and check out at noon on 10/16. Only 3 night and their system said we stayed since 10/12 and count more than double the amount of water bottles and said they clean the room 3 days but didn’t. I stayed in the whole stay after my surgery and they never came in to count the bottles. Their room is full of ants and not worth the money for this location with nothing around to eat or have a decent coffee drink. After everything is cleared and we made sure they didn’t overcharged us. We even have to pull out the flight arrival time on the boarding pass to show them and the problem still take a while to resolved. I am not happy with this hotel and staffs. Not professional, cost me time to get to the airport and bot even apologizing for their mistakes.

Nice place for staying short time, its near Railway station (5 min), near Lan Anh Restaurant where have a good place for food. This hotel fits for foreign traveler. This place is clean, has air conditions, enthusiasm staffs. Only one thing i don't like at this place is the price. It is more expensive than normal range (of 2 USD/night).
