I had just arrived at the gate and saw the security guard, so I asked for directions to the reception area to experience the service, but he yelled at me and had a terrible attitude. It's the first time I've ever seen someone talk to a customer like that.

The top floor is too noisy, the water pump or something is making so much noise that I can't sleep

New, clean, not too overwhelming, not frequented by tour groups. More corporate feel, use of white lighting makes the place cold, staff could be warmer too. Has an indoor pool, basic gym, rooms with balcony overlooking the airport runway and a rooster from a neighbor that refuses to stop crowing.

The hotel is unique and clean, but the faucet is broken and the water is clogged so it won't flush.

The accommodation opposite can see what you are doing.
And there are no curtains in the toilet, so people across from you can see you using the toilet or even taking a shower.
Suitable for guests with exhibitionism.
It makes me want to buy a house opposite.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote (it seems to be a dead end street). There are convenience stores in the nearby community, but it is very close to the airport. It's a bit of a semi-self-service check-in, and I even contacted the counter staff, who was quite friendly!

Great airport hotel just 5min taxi drive from airport. Decoration is new and the bed was comfortable. The service is also very friendly.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly great location lots of shopping and dining opportunities abound around the corner located just off the main street very nice and quiet and great from relaxation. Highly recommend staying very close to the airport and they do provide shuttle services as well. Highly recommend great value room very nice bed comfortable shower very nice as well. Will still be there again on my next visit.

I was here for one night. I had the double deluxe room. I was very impressed by the room. Very clean. Shower has hot water and good water pressure. They provide bath robes and slippers. Shampoo, body wash, hand wash provides. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I been to plenty of hotels in my life. For the price, this is on top. I will definitely be back.

I had a two day stop over in Ho Chi Minh City and I wanted a hotel near the airport for convenience as I have an early flight out. This is a perfect place that offers free shuttle service. FYI. Their earliest airport service is at 6am. If you need to be at the airport earlier than that, you’re on your on. The room originally had kind of a smoky smell but it cleared out after turning on the AC. I think most rooms don’t have outward facing windows. But some, like mine, have a small interior window that I can open to air out. Service is adequate, nothing to rave about. Bathroom is nice but the design can cause someone to trip if not careful. The rooms come with a small fridge, bath robes, slippers, and hair dryer but it’s missing an iron. The only complaint I have is the location of the outlets. They are not closed to the bed and out of the way so that you can easily plug in to charge your phone. They are located right in the middle of your bed where the pillows are and orientated horizontally. Your pillow will tend to touch it causing whatever you plug in to fall out.
