Roseland Centa Hotel Spa in Ho Chi Minh

When in town I was able to book two rooms at short notice without fuss.

Staff here are friendly and attentive without being bothersome. The rooms were a good size and comfortable with clean, spacious bathrooms carrying all the amenities you'd expect. Chatting with another guest, I was told the top floor rooms have strong tobacco scent, I was on the second-top floor and could not smell anything.

Stairs from the top accommodation floor will take you to a cozy massage area while the rooftop allows a spa pool, lounges and seating, and a bar.

Buffet breakfast is in a ground floor dining area and made up of a range of Vietnamese and local dishes.

The surrounding area is known as Japantown but the area has the usual mix of cultures you will find anywhere in the city along with a few alleys of Japanese restaurants and -- ahem -- massage spas. The reality is there is a wide range of dining options in the surrounding streets from barbeque to Thai, French and others as well as some well-stocked convenience stores. You are a five to ten minute walk from Vincom (a big shopping mall), Ben Thanh market, the opera house and plenty of the city's landmarks. In other directions, you will find the zoo, the Bitexco tower, the water taxi wharf, and plenty of other things to keep you busy during your stay.

In short, if you want a no-nonsense, modern, comfortable hotel close to the centre of Saigon, Roseland Centa will fit the bill.

To everyone at the hotel
This was a very meaningful stay over five days.
First of all, I would like to thank everyone.
The hotel was clean, well equipped, and the air conditioning worked properly. I had no complaints about the room. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and the toilet had a washlet (cleaning function).
There was a bathtub, and there was no sewage smell that is common in hotels.
The room was quiet, but if I had to say something, I could hear the water running loudly when the neighboring room started using the shower.
Actually, I have stayed at a four-star hotel close to this hotel many times as a regular, but there was a recent big price increase, and I began to question the balance between price and quality. The hotel had a very good design and was one of my favorite hotels, but when I tried to stay at your hotel for the first time this time, I looked at the reviews of other guests and saw that the staff were very hospitable and many of them said that they had a very pleasant stay, so I decided to stay there with high expectations.
I felt that these reviews were not exaggerated but were stating the facts.
I mainly travel for business, but the reason I don't stay in hostels or airbnbs is because I want the hospitality of a hotel.

All the staff at your hotel greet you with a smile, greet you properly, work enthusiastically, and respect us guests, and I felt that they always try to respond appropriately so that problems do not occur.

The true value of a hotel is not simply how luxurious it is, nor does it compete in the amount of gorgeous decoration, but how well it can accommodate the concerns of its guests. No matter how luxurious the furniture, I don't want to stay in a hotel where the staff doesn't even greet me.

There were some noises from construction from 8am and a little disappointment in the breakfast buffet, but nothing to complain about.

I found this stay to be a comfortable place that was different from a 5-star hotel.

There are very few business hotels in Japan that offer this level of hospitality.

I've decided that I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

I think Roseland is one of the better hotel chains in Saigon nowadays, I've stayed at 2 out of their 3 hotels this year. Location is as good as it gets right on the main street in Japantown. Tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel was renovated recently it seems, everything was modern and super clean. The price is very affordable for the quality, unlike comparable Saigon hotels they are trying to jack up prices post Covid even though they didn't maintain their hotels well during the pandemic
