I had a very pleasant experience overall. The service was attentive and professional, with staff being courteous and responsive to our needs. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also enjoyed the food—it was well-prepared and offered a good variety. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I would definitely consider coming back.

Actually very good hotel but one more suggestion pls consider indian food for the your breakfast so may indian peoples consider your hotel

The room was okay, and the hotel breakfast was pretty good, but the hotel was too dark, and there were a lot of ants in the room. I hope this can be improved.

This is one of the few hotels where the pictures on the Internet actually looked the same as what you get in the room.
The bed was fine, the shower is great and the best thing is the breakfast. That makes it truly worth the money if you arrive late in Ho Chi Minh City.
Unfortunately, we did not stay another night because of allergies in a room with no windows

Stay here was a blast, the staffs were very helpful and friendly and are always ready to help. Hoang Hanh from reception made my trip to Ho Chi Minh so much better. I got a room upgrade as soon as I arrived. The buffet breakfast is also nothing to complain. The room is spacious and has the great facilities. 10/10 will come again.

Overall, the hotel is good. Staff are very nice and friendly. The food is okay and worth the price. Location is a bit far from the centre of Ho Chi Minh, and traffic can be quite bad, especially from noon to evening.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great, and the lobby is spacious and elegant. The rooms are clean and tidy. Staff members like H ONG, HA THJ HANG, and MANG Muoi are all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. They do a fantastic job and are attentive in helping guests, making everyone feel very comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back again.
