Shower area was nice with 3 options and there’s also an option for taking wudu’, which is a big plus. Internet worked well. Halal food is easy to find, only about 50 meters from the hotel.
Perfect for friends looking for a budget hotel that is complete and Muslim-friendly. Easy to get around from here. Would stay again! Kudos the the male staff who worked in night-shift… He was amazingly friendly and helpful…

It's a shame that there were no windows in the room.
This a lovely hotel run by some very nice helpful people. The room was clean, bed comfortable and a lovely balcony. We did have some problems with the TV and wifi but they were fixed sort of. TV was fine however wifi kept dropping out. This was in room 401 yet our last nite were in room 702 maybe not as good , no balcony but wifi working great. Room 702 also very clean and well maintained . We will be back. The staff are fabulous.
The front desk staff were kind.
The shower water temperature only reached about 30-35℃.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
