Excellent service all around. Nice room, comfortable beds, and a good shower with toilet.

The front receptionist greets with a smile everytime, and she is very helpful. The rates are fairly reasonable given that it is in district 1. Can sleep without any noise eventhough its near to the bui vien walking street

I stopped by for a quick one-night stay due to my flight schedule, arriving late at night.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and quick with the check-in, even in the early hours of the morning.

Cons: No elevator. The facilities and condition are... well, they're okay considering the price.

Hotel is located very close Bui Vien walking street, but no noise from there which was great. The stairs are steep and narrow to the rooms but doable. We had a problem with our shower head but was quickly replaced by the staff. Water pressure was not the best.

We booked a room for three people. I understand it's a city hotel, but the room was tiny. The windows don't open, and if one person gets out of bed to do something, the others can only lie there because there's no space on the floor for two people to move around. The view from the window was depressing – just a courtyard with air conditioners and rooftops. To get to the 3rd floor, you have to climb a narrow staircase, which is impossible with a suitcase. Thanks to the young man at reception for his help though. It says there's luggage storage, but there isn't. Our bags just sat by the reception desk, and a lot of people walked past and tripped over them because there's so little space everywhere. To open the bathroom (shower room) door and get out, you almost have to sit on the toilet, open the door, and then exit. Thankfully, we only booked for one night. I wouldn't say it was entirely bad, but definitely not comfortable. The bed linen was pilled, and for three people, we only got one 0.5-liter bottle of water. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, as was the staff. The AC and the staff were the only things that stopped us from rebooking elsewhere. The location is excellent, close to active and noisy streets but tucked away within the block, making it quiet enough to sleep peacefully. If you're looking for evening and night activities, aren't too picky, don't need a view, and there are only 1-2 of you, then you could definitely stay there for a short while. No insects, working AC, nearby grocery stores, and obviously plenty of cafes everywhere.

Along a quiet alley . Reasonable quiet at night even near the party area .
The hotel have no elevator and steep staircase so maybe a issue to those with weak knee
Room is clean and provided basic toiletries and working TV . Hot water pressure is good

Everything else was pretty good, except the air conditioning wasn't effective; it didn't cool well.

A good hotel for a couple of nights, perfect for exploring Saigon. Everything is nearby: currency exchange, tours, bus tickets, and cafes. The friendly staff are very helpful with any questions.
