So what can I say, never book a room without Window.
Normally I love this, but in this hotel it isn’t a good idea.

Stay here for a few days and overall, it’s not too bad, can be a solid 3 stars; but during my stay (booked over 5 months before) they not indicated renovating main lobby (dust everywhere) but also shut down pool for maintenance. So why does management not notify their customer this as they must know renovation period. For sure they need to update the room as repairs and maintenance are necessary. Plus, window will not close and lock allowing cooking smell from restaurant (especially the 2 Indian restaurants due to the spices used) below filtering into the room. One the plus side, from door person, check in and room attendant are ready to help and with a smile all the time. Overall room is a typical 2-3 stars hotel in an older backpacker area, plenty or water and pressure is excellent. Rooms are kept clean daily. I would stay here again if it is not under renovation and windows are not broken (so please make sure) as price is excellent and central to everywhere.

The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance from Bui Vien Walking Street. There are lots of money exchange and laundry places nearby, hair salons and massage places. The hotel comes with a pool and free breakfast. However we did have a couple bugs in the room.

Check in and check out was smooth. The room itself is ok for a night or 2. The bed is comfortable enough. You get youtube access on the tv, wifi is working fine, shower is quite big with hot water, breakfast is decent. The location is good its near the walking street but despite of that we didn't have any trouble sleeping. Over all I'll give it a 7 out of 10 rate.

Great location one of the few smaller boutique affordable hotels with a pool. Although the pool area is small it’s clean and adequate to cool off in the heat
Breakfast was good with a mix of local and western dishes available

The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent. It's very convenient for getting around.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
