Good location(near bus ticket office, near famous bar) / but bar music too noisy all night. Facilities are generally not luxurious but clean.

Very bad service. What kind of a hotel there is no water for 2 days. Staffs service are terrible. Do t know anything. Not recommended at all.

I booked a Premium Deluxe Double room. During check-in, the reception staff informed me that the minibar items were complimentary and would be replenished daily.

Based on that information, I consumed some items. However, upon check-out, I was charged for the minibar.
There seems to be a miscommunication between the front desk staff and the actual policy. I hope the hotel can clarify and improve staff communication to avoid confusion for future guests.

I had to change room 3 times during my 6 days trip. The first room was super dirty, the second one I found a used condom next to my head, I felt really disgusted about it, after complaining to the management, they took my case very seriously, moved me to another room and did what they could to make sure there wouldn’t be further complain.
Oh yeah no hot water for 4 days aswell, indeed I gave up on it and took cold water shower.
Beside that, the location is great. Most staff don’t speak English but are reasonably friendly.
The services such as motorcycle renting and tours are overpriced but acceptable.

The room is extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. During the booking process, I had requested a room far away from the elevator. However, the staff still managed to arrange my room opposite the elevator.

No complaints about this hotel. Like old building, but pretty clean. Location is the best, staff are friendly, & breakfast was good Room for 4 was spacious but no window..

I choose this hotel because it's close to Futa bus, where I continue my trip to Dalat.

The room was very different from the photos shown on the website. It was old, the bed was hard, and the door lock was loose. Since we stayed on the top floor, we could clearly hear the housekeeping staff talking loudly and doors slamming early in the morning.
The only positive experience was with the staff member who brought me a Coke at breakfast and helped carry my luggage up the road, as there is no lift upon arrival. Overall, not recommended if you have suitcases.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.

I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.

We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
