The front desk wasn’t helpful at allllll doesn’t even know how to talk to us so little English also he needs to learn better English because hes entitled to entertain the guests.

The location is excellent, right in a lively area. For the price, the room is what you'd expect. However, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast – it's not very tasty and the same every day.

Very well located for going out but do not expect to sleep as the music is loud all night. So be prepared. Other3ise they were really nice early check in without any payment but breakfast is unsafe. If you are for location it's perfect

Just near by the entrance of Bui Vien, very convenient to access the bars and other restaurants. Hotel is not such high end but clean enough, also with simple breakfast, this is a good option for backpacker who would like to experience HCM.

Our stay in the hotel is great . It is accessible and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast Food is also great. They provide water, coffee and tea everyday. On our last day they provided us a take away food since we have an early morning flight.

Our room is clean, spacious and with balcony that has a street view . Location is great near to resto, food stalls, night market, city center and night life. Staffs were a bit old but they were friendly and polite. Breakfast is good too.

Location is very near Buy Vien walking street. All good restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is very good, very accessible. Staff were very accommodating they even clean and change towels everyday. Beds are okay too, building is not very new but worth it for the affordable price.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
