Not a good experience at all.
I showed up at the reception and they didn't accept my reservation at booking.com. The price for my booking was 316k, but I was told to pay 700k. I went furious at them so we negotiated for 350k, which is still unfair.
The room wasn't properly clean, I found the condom envelope on the floor.
The air conditioning didn't work.
The fridge was leaking water, so I had to push it outside of the room.
Towels were missing and I had to go to reception to request them.

The pick upi at the airport is at pillar no 12 just opposite Burger King at the arrival and their taxi arrived in 15 minutes as promised . Hotel has small rooms and the staff not fluent in English . There are no black tea or English Breakfast tea sachette so take yourself as also milk creamer if one needs early morning bed tea . Rom clean Toileteries provided .

Awful! We left soon after checking in. This hotel is not like the photos. It is grossly misrepresented. Our room was awful with a broken safe. I burnt my hand badly in the bathroom as the sink tap gushed out boiling water. Staff had to get medicine to deal with the burns. The staff were polite and did the best they could. They even arranged a car to take us to a new venue. This should never have happened though. It was terrible!

We needed somewhere close to the Airport due to an issue with our flight and we stayed here 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. I paid about £35 for 2 nights which included breakfast and unbelievable it also included a lift to the Airport. Only issue was the Internet in the room was very slow but overall great value for money and we would stay here again.

We are Canadian travellers. We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but we’re walking by and saw advertisements for excursions in this lovely hotel so we dropped in. We ended up talking (English) to a very nice gentleman (the concierge) who was knowledgeable of the Halong Bay cruises and was able to book the cruise for us. In addition, on our return from our cruise he arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. Very kind and efficient.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I loved it. Their breakfast is also good. Timely pick up and drop to the airport. I would be booking again soon.

The hotel is in a convenient area of Ho Chi Minh city, close to many attractions of the city. The room was comfortable and large, clean and overlooked the main road which was very busy at night but there was not much noise in the room. The staff was not very friendly.

The experience was so bad, 1 star is too lenient for this hotel, this place almost has scammers so be careful, the elevator is narrow, secretive, super disgusting smell, the room is dirty, the bathroom has no toilet paper, no hot or cold water, the air conditioner is not cool, even the bathroom is clogged, the table is still dirty from old guests' leftovers, nothing good, super bad experience when first coming to Saigon and encountering a hotel like that. So. While the room is 400k per night, the price is too high for the service received, and there is no filtered water or drinking water :(((

Overall, it's okay, but the breakfast is a bit different, so there's no choice. It would be great if it could be improved. The location is not bad. ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻

Ideal for a stopover (one night spent before taking the plane back to Phu Quoc). They came to pick us up at the airport. Clean hotel, very welcoming, very quiet. The only downside is the breakfast, which is really very, very light, but not a problem considering the price of the food..😁
