“Great location and staff”

Li the manager is lovely. Great location in a laneway off the main Bui Vien street so you can have some peace and quiet without the noise of the main party area. Stayed in the upstairs deluxe room (6A) with balcony. Not 5 star but certainly clean and comfortable. Lee the manger is so welcoming and her hospitality is exceptional. Helpful friendly staff. Recommend and will be back.

It’s a small and nice hotel, but…. the noise coming from the party zone „Bui Vien“ meanwhile is simply crazy. It‘s a mixture of various bands and techno clubs melting into a constant noise-level, which won‘t end until 3 in the night. It’s not the fault of the very nice and attentive staff, but if you want to find some sleep you have to stay away from Bui Vien.

Hotel with a great location and wonderful staff. We stayed for a couple of nights with my fiancée. Although we arrived in Saigon around midnight, there were no problems with accommodation.
The location is also excellent. Even though Bui Vien Street is nearby, the rooms are well soundproofed, so you don’t hear much noise, which is not common in this area.
There is also an elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs is not an issue.
If you have room on higher floor there is also a nice view for the alley when evening comes.
Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Fantastic hotel in a great location in Ho Chi Minh City. Clean and tidy. Despite being close to lots of bars there is no noise in the rooms at night. All of the staff are extremely friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed at the Kim Hotel twice in Saigon these past two weeks. Great location, clean and cold rooms, friendly staff, it’s the perfect place to stay if you like to walk around and see all that Saigon has to offer. Easy walk home from Beer street too with plenty of food, massage, store and bar options all around. Will stay here again if I come back!

I loved this place. Serviced daily, clean, hot water, fridge, balcony and laundry services available. Also centrally located for everything! Food, entertainment, rentals, tourism, everything. Very quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel as long as you don't get a room facing on to the night club bwlow. Staff very helpful though when I asked to switch rooms.

This place.Travelled around the world,slept in hostels and motels,but this place the hell itself.

Nice owner, great neighbourhood - you are between the party streets and the sightseeing part. The restaurants around are also some of the better-priced ones in town. I would stay again, no doubt. One thing - we had a room with a balcony and it got a little loud on saturday evening, but I wouldn’t hold this against the hotel.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.

I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.

We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
