The room design and layout meets my need.
Was great but the only let down was the smell. Musky smell and the electricity shut down on me twice within 1hour. Whole room blackout for a few seconds.
Good service recovery by offering me another room and also an apology note with macarons the next day from the manager.
It was okay that it affected our travelling plans as we understand that this was a very huge and important event for the Vietnamese.
The hotel staffs were very nice as well, they gave us a room facing the fireworks for the inconvenience we faced.
However, we needed medical attention on the third day of our trip. I called the hospital and the nurse told me to wait for about an hour as the road to the hotel was still close, and that the doctor could not reach the hotel.
Luckily my partner was able to hold on for about an hour more before the doctor came. I thought that this was a bit ridiculous as medical attention should priority. We were also not able to get to the hospital due to road closure.
