While the cleanliness is definitely lacking, the excellent location makes it a solid value for the money. If you only need a place to crash after a full day of sightseeing, this works fine.

Great value for money. I needed a two-night stay and could explore the city center on foot, and it worked out just fine. The room is small, you can hear the neighboring rooms, the air conditioning is tired, but it's clean, there are toiletries, towels, a kettle, and water. They help with luggage in and out.

The hotel,was very clean the service was good , location was good very central being only 5 minute walk to Ben Tham markets and surrounding restaurants this made our stay excellent

Easily the worst hotel out there. Phone doesn’t work, Wi-Fi is too slow even for calling, toilet doesn’t have water, room is not so clean, the hotel is really really OLD, elevator only fit 3-4 ppl at most without luggages. I don’t even touch breakfast because the hotel is kinda dirty. The staffs are below average.

Very dirty. I had a family of cockroach partying all night long in my room. The man at the reception is really unfriendly as well. You can find much better in termes of hygiene and price in Saigon…

BIG SCAM!!
Easily one of the worst hotels in Saigon. There is nothing that I can appreciate about it. For its price, I feel like it is a big scam. As others said, rooms and facilities are generally too old and outdated. Rooms are super small, mold, and smelly as hell. It is even worst than a hostel room (nhà nghỉ). The
None of what shown on the booking website is correct. All images are FAKE!

Worst hotel I've ever been to in Saigon. I booked a room for 600 vnd for 2 nights via agoda. They said that room is only for 2hrs stay, and they won't cancel the booking (so I'd lose the money) unless I get another room. The room I took was 500vnd/night. It was like the pictures shown by other reviewers: small, old, moist, bed was uncomfortable. Felt like I got scammed.
